Virtual Legal

When using technology in your job or business, try to remember that every individual wants to feel valuable to you. So even though automation can reduce your workload and help you service the customer more quickly, it’s important to pay attention to what the customer is actually asking for and solve their particular problem, not just generic issues most people face. We use DISC behavioural profiling to parrot our customer’s communication and personality style which creates a natural ‘click’ and everyone enjoys the transaction. It’s all part of creating a ‘buying’ environment rather than ‘selling’ your services.
